Reordering items by dragging causes multiple auto-refreshes

Description

Turn on auto-refresh with some items in your queue. Wait for an auto-refresh to occur, wait a few seconds, then drag an item to reorder it.

It appears to refresh immediately, and then start another 15 second wait, as now there will be two refreshes in the 15-second period. Drag another item and you've got 3. It gets really erratic if you reorder a lot of items.

I've worked out what's causing it. Just need to fix it now.
